Tropical Milkweed is a perennial non-native milkweed with flowers in sunset colors, starting with red and blooming to yellow. This is easy to grow but should be cut to the ground each year to help prevent the spreading of butterfly disease (OE). It can be started indoors or direct sown, and does not require stratification. Seeds are hand collected and may include a small amount of chaff. Packaged in a small sealed bag with 1/2 teaspoon of seeds (approximately 200).
